Gulp Hablo Garnacha.jpg

2019 gulp hablo garnacha 1L

Gulp/Hablo is a partnership with Juan Antonio Ponce of Bodegas Ponce, who made this lovely juice in stainless steel and concrete with no further aging past fermentation. This Garnacha is fresh, natural, Demeter certified biodynamic farmed, and gulp-able.

Flavor Profile: Light-bodied, dry. Bright red in color with a nose of fresh crushed fruit. Tart red berries, pepper, violets, and a touch of terroir on the palate and finish. Pair with just about anything or drink alone.

2019 Breaking Bread Field Blend Cuvée

The defining characteristic is whole-cluster fermentation (carbonic maceration), which lends a crunchy, herbaceous character to the wine. The goal is a very hands-off approach to winemaking that highlights the purity of fruit, and deliciousness of a lighter bodied red wine that preferably should be served slightly chilled.

Feints-Ruth-Lewandowski-Natural-Wines.jpg

2020 Ruth Lewandowski Feints

Working at once with all of the Piedmontese varieties found at Fox Hill, Feints is quite an unexpected wine. It's a co-fermentation of Dolcetto, Barbera, Nebbiolo, Arneis and a hair of Montepulciano...yes, four reds and a white (and nearly 30% white this year)! Full carbonic maceration keeps things poppy, light on its feet and fresh. For all intents and purposes this is the complex light red wine go-to and truly couldn't be more gluggable.

Broc Cellars.jpg

2019 broc cellars amore rosso sangiovese

100% Sangiovese from Mendocino, CA, this natural winemaker used whole cluster fermentation on indigenous yeast in stainless tanks. After 2 weeks, grapes were pressed into a combination of sandstone jars and neutral French oak barrels to age. This wine is super fun, and absolutely crushable especially with a little chill on the bottle. As the label implies, this is the perfect pizza wine.

 sparking wine

Col di luna.png

col di luna flora prosecco

This 100% glera sparkling sees no dosage at bottling, making it what we call a "brut nature" or bone-dry prosecco. Alpine flowers and wild apple waft across the nose and palate, with delicate pretty little bubbles to finish.

2017 Cinquecampi Rosso Lambrusco

Lambrusco rosso is a dry, frothy sparkler full of black cherries, juicy plums, violets, and hibiscus with structure and lush acidity.
